Elaborated from the lean and fat of Iberian breed pigs fed on acorns in the oak groves of southern Spain.
Seasoned with a little salt and pepper, it is dried for a minimum of 90 days.
A succulent product as an aperitif, as an accompaniment to your paella or omelette.
TASTING ADVICES
To make the most of this chorizo de Bellota
- Take it out of its packaging at least 2 hours before tasting.
- Spread it on a warm plate so that it oxygenates at room temperature.
- Accompany it with a full-bodied red wine (a Bordeaux, a Rioja or a Ribera de Duero…) or a wine from Jérez.
CONSERVATION ADVICE
Conservation before opening: 2 months in the fridge.
Once opened, the ham can be kept for 5 days in the fridge.
No sacrilege: forget the cutlery …. It’s peckish!
