Our advice Relais Gourmet:
Leave your Foie Gras at room temperature before opening (cellar, cupboard ...). Then, put it one hour in the fridge before tasting it.
To make the cuts clear, slide the knife blade in hot water at each slice.
To be served on a fresh white bread accompanied by Clairette de Die or Muscadet.
