The company Relais Gourmet scrupulously apply the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 which gives you the right to access, rectify or delete data.

3. Must provide my contact information to each order placed on the site?

Simply open an account on the website Relais Gourmet. During your first order, your information will be saved. On your next purchase, you will only have to enter your e-mail address and password to log in to your account.

By ordering online on our website Relais Gourmet can be delivered throughout Europe and in 90 other countries.

2. What is the average delivery time for my order?

Your order is processed immediately by Relais Gourmet. You are delivered to the address of your choice within an average of 5 to 6 days after receipt of your order. You can be delivered in 24 hours if the order is placed before 10am. Consult us for 48h delivery rates. We use DHL Express International as express delivery service.

3. What is the price of my order postage?

About my cart

1. How to view the contents of my basket on Relais Gourmet?

You can see the list of products to your cart from this page. You can also view at any time the number of products and the total price of your shopping cart and this on any page of the site, with the summary block of your cart at the top right of the site.

2. How to remove a product from my shopping cart?

To do this, simply check the box at the (x) product (s) to delete from the list, to the right of each product listed and then confirm your choice by clicking on the "Edit cart" button. The check box is in the "Delete" from the shopping cart page, represented by an icon.

2. How to change the amount of one of my products?

Simply change the value in the field "quantity" of the product to change and validate your changes by either clicking on the icon, or by clicking the "Edit cart" button.

1. How to use my voucher / gift certificate on Relais Gourmet?

The discount code in your possession is to be used when ordering on our website, from the "Billing Information". Just copy the code in full in the fields provided for this purpose.
