Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight for all orders to be delivered in France, Europe and the rest of the world.
After checking the settlement, your order is processed immediately by Relais Gourmet. You are delivered to the address of your choice within an average of 5 to 8 days after validation of your order. You can be delivered in 48 hours if the order is placed before 9am. Contact us for delivery rates by email or phone. We use DHL Express International as express delivery service and La Poste service for other items.

We take all the risks associated with transportation
In case of damage, contact our customer service and we will refund the full amount of your purchase (including transport costs) in accordance with our conditions of sale. Locations and Delivery
The delivery in the countries concerned will be made by DHL in France and in Europe within 5 to 8 working days approximately after confirmation of the order. Outside Europe, we ship with transportation and logistics companies (starting between 10 and 20 days). These times are indicative only. No compensation can be asked Relais Gourmet in case of a possible delay in delivery. In case of absence at the time of posting, Relais Gourmet will in no way be held responsible for damage that may occur to products or not collected by the addressee.
Money Back and Replacement
Our customers agree to comply strictly with the product storage conditions, and the use by date indicated on the packaging.
